This VW Passat came in with a coolant leak and needs a water pump to fix the problem. We will replace the timing belt at the same time. These engines also leak coolant from the plastic coolant flange on the back of the engine usually caused by the timing chain tensioner leaking oil on the flange making the plastic warp and leak.
