About Us
Big Idea
We make owning a German car more affordable.
Who We Are
We have a combined 30 years of dealership training and experience working on Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche vehicles. In addition, we have invested the time and money in all the special tools and training required to properly repair these vehicles.
We have a stable of factory-trained technicians, most with over 25 years experience with your brand. We consult with them and bring them in only when needed, which keeps our overhead low so we can pass the savings on to our customers.
Features
We can offer OEM quality parts, aftermarket German parts (that are the same as OEM parts but in a box with a different label), aftermarket Chinese parts, and used parts from junkyards and wholesalers.
Economics
We don’t have loaner cars, we don’t feed you, and we don’t have flat screen TVs or free day care. We didn’t spend a million dollars on tile floors or a shop that looks like a Vegas casino.
We keep our costs low and we pass the savings on to you.
We require a $500 minimum authorization to work on your car (that doesn’t mean it will always cost $500 to fix something). It means that if you aren’t willing to spend $500 to fix your car then we are not willing to work on it.
We don’t have time to play phone tag. If your car is in the shop and it will cost less than $500 to repair then we will not call you except to tell you your car is ready for pickup.
Bottom line is we can repair your German car for less than the dealer and get you back on the road.
Getting Service
We don’t do walk-ins or waiters. Your time and our time is very valuable and we work by a strict schedule.
In most cases we are booked three weeks in advance. We do from time-to-time get cancellations and will fill them from our wait list on a first come, first serve basis.
