Spied: The Audi Q8 Winter Testing
We’ve seen the Q8 concept at a pair of auto shows, and now we have three videos of the production version testing in the snow.
Unfortunately the new coupe-style SUV is still wearing its camouflage, hiding some of the finer details, but what we can see does actually look like the concept first shown in Detroit.
With sharp angles and a roof line that cuts downward much faster than its sister, the Q7, the Q8 still looks every bit the handsome heavyweight we were promised.
The most recent concept Q8 was shown in Geneva, and features a 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine pumping out 476 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. That’s enough, says Audi, to get it up to 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds while also propelling it 750 miles on a single tank of fuel.
The Q8 is set to make its debut in 2018.
