U.S. regulators say they expect to receive a proposed fix later this week for some diesel Volkswagens caught up in the German automaker’s emissions-rigging scandal. Environmental Protection Agency spokeswoman Laura Allen said Thursday the proposed software patch would be for 2012 to 2014 Passat TDI models.
