2007 Porsche Cayman S Timing Chain Tensioner Location

The chain tensioner for the driver side on a Cayman S is located under the A/C compressor on the top of the engine.  You must unbolt the drivers side intake manifold and remove the A/C compressor to gain access to the tensioner.
