Pfaff and C360R Team Up to Race RS3 LMS

Florida’s Paul Holton will take the wheel of the C360R Audi RS3 LMS as they compete to win the Pirelli World Challenge’s Touring Car class. C360R is teaming up with Toronto’s Pfaff Automotive Partners to take on the competition at tracks across America and even in their own backyard.
“We’re really excited to be working with C360R on this program,” says Steve Bortolotti, Motorsport Manager at Pfaff. “This is a natural progression of a relationship that started a number of years ago with their Audi effort with the S3, R8 and TT RS and has grown to include their McLarens as well.”
Holton will be one of the keys to getting the RS3 LMS to the front of the pack, as his experience racing in the Audi TT Cup in Europe last year gives him an advantage. Since the TT club car and the RS3 LMS share so much in common, Holton will have running start this season.
“Racing in TT Cup last year gave me a lot of seat time getting this front-wheel-drive car into the sweet spot, and I expect we will be competitive right out of the box, especially with support of Brad Kettler and the folks at Audi Sport customer racing,” says Holton.
Among the returning sponsors (AERO Advanced Paint Technology, APR, AlphaClone, Audi Genuine Parts and Audi Tire Center) the team welcomes a new charity sponsor: The Race Day Foundation, which sends children with medical challenges to racetracks, giving them a day away from their struggle.
“We’re so very proud to welcome the kids with medical challenges and their families that Race Day brings to the track,” says Karl Thomson, C360R Team Principal. “We’re pleased to help offer a day away to create powerful memories that offer hope and inspiration for a family at a time when they need it most.”
The season starts on April 28th at the Virginia International Raceway, and you can stream the race live at the Pirelli World Challenge’s website.
