A Charlotte man has filed a class-action lawsuit in Chittenden Superior Court alleging fraud against Volkswagen, the German automaker that recently admitted to having sent out 11 million diesel-fueled cars with faulty emissions technology. Downs Rachlin Martin, based in Burlington with offices around the state, filed the case on behalf of Robert Turnau on Wednesday.
